Withdraw from your purchase

You can use this page to inform AfricanFabs that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

You do not need to provide a reason for your withdrawal. Any field asking for a reason is optional.

Has your order not been shipped yet?

If your order has not yet been fulfilled or shipped, you can request cancellation directly from your order page. Shopify will send a login code to your email address. You do not need to create a password.

You can use the withdrawal form below for both shipped and unshipped orders.

Please enter your full name, email address and order number. You can withdraw from the entire order or specify which products your withdrawal concerns.

Your withdrawal is submitted when you press the confirmation button. A confirmation will be sent to the email address entered in the form.
