I bought these waist beads to track weight loss not only are they beautiful but they are also sturdy the video tutorial was also very helpful I was able to tie it to my waist perfectly fine without worrying whether it was going to come undone I also used the extra beads to make ankle bracelets so a lot of the beads got put to good use
